Providence is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Fellow to join our team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a RN Fellow, you will have the opportunity to transition into a new specialty through a structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities
- Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Current National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- At least 1 year of nursing experience (new to specialty)
