Providence is calling for applications for our RN Float Pool Fellowship at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center.
As a Providence RN Fellow, you will experience a guided transition into your new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors, and hands-on learning.
Our RN Fellow program is designed for RNs who are ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience.
During your fellowship, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and gain valuable experience in your chosen specialty.
Upon completion of the program, you will be well-prepared to take on a leadership role in your new specialty and make a meaningful contribution to the health and well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured curriculum and learning program
- Work with experienced preceptors to gain hands-on experience
- Develop skills and knowledge in your chosen specialty
- Contribute to the health and well-being of our patients
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
