Job Summary
A Certified Nursing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting medical staff in providing high-quality patient care. This role involves assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing and feeding, as well as monitoring their vital signs and reporting any changes to the medical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help patients with feeding and medication administration
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the medical team
- Assist with mobility and transfer patients as needed
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the medical team
Requirements
- High School education and completion of a state-approved formal training program
- CPI certification may be required
- 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
