The cleanliness of our resort is paramount to ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. Our housekeeping team plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping team as Public Area Attendants. The ideal candidate will enhance our guests' experiences through meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the cleanliness of public spaces while assisting room attendants. This position is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Your Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction during their stay.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve cleanliness goals throughout the resort.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to collect waste and soiled linens.
- Restock clean linens and maintain inventory in floor pantries.
- Respond to guest requests for additional items such as towels and cribs.
- Assist room attendants as needed, particularly during deep cleaning tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness in all public areas according to established procedures.
- Safely dispose of soiled linens and waste in designated locations.
- Always respond to guests and team members in a friendly and helpful manner.
