Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified individual who is comfortable working in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors. The ideal candidate should be capable of standing, walking, and moving around for extended periods throughout the workday.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture photographs, document, and manage the inventory of incoming vehicles using a mobile application.
  • Clear and catalog personal belongings from repossessed vehicles.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and report any hazardous materials encountered.
  • Accurately tag and inventory all personal items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized storage area at all times.
  • Oversee the organization of repossessed vehicle inventory on the lot.
  • Assist in the verification of vehicles for transport.
  • Prepare vehicles for scheduled pickups with precision.
  • Engage with customers professionally, especially in challenging situations.
  • Support customers in retrieving their personal items when necessary.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail in collecting and completing required documentation electronically.
  • Receive payments from customers and ensure timely deposits.
  • Monitor the yard consistently.
  • Perform additional general duties in the warehouse/yard as required.

Qualifications:

  • Forklift experience is advantageous, but training will be provided.
  • Must possess a cell phone and reliable transportation.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Candidates must be at least 22 years old due to insurance policies.
  • Successful completion of a drug screening is mandatory.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.


Compensation: $19 - $20 per hour.
