Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, focusing on restoring function and promoting self-care activities.
  • Assess patients' functional levels and develop personalized plans of care to address their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective treatment outcomes.
  • Recommend orthotics and other assistive devices as necessary to support patients' rehabilitation.
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements
  • Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) licensure in the state of Washington.
  • Minimum one year of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in home health or rehabilitation settings.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
