Description The practice of physical therapy shall include assessment, treatment planning and implementation, education, communication and demonstration of leadership to address the needs of patients and their families. New Mexico Physical Therapist License - New Mexico Physical Therapy Board upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
