About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at B. Braun Medical Inc. in Allentown, PA.

Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for performing incoming inspection and final product inspection for active devices, as well as in-process quality inspection. Additionally, this role will involve batch record review and SAP data recording. The successful candidate will support the lab in preparation and update of test methods/specification/procedures and related documents.

This is a regular full-time position with a target-based salary range of $53,000 - $58,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform Incoming Inspection and Final Product Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  2. In-Process Quality Inspection: Monitor and inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to identify and address any quality issues promptly.
  3. Batch Record Review and SAP Data Recording: Review and update batch records, as well as record data in the SAP system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  4. Support Lab Activities: Collaborate with the laboratory team to prepare and update test methods, specifications, procedures, and related documents.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or technical degree is preferred.
  • 04-06 years of related experience is required.
  • Electro-mechanical certification or experience is desired.
Working Conditions

This role involves working in a production/manufacturing environment, which may expose you to noise intensity levels of low to moderate levels. You will also work in a lab environment, where you may be exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals. Office work is minimal.
