Job Description

At Kelly Services Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Senior Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that all machined work pieces meet the highest standards of quality.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in manufacturing and quality control. Your primary responsibility will be to inspect machined work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect machined work pieces to ensure conformance to specification
  • Measure dimensions such as length, height and distance between reference points, using precision instruments such as micrometer, caliper, dial indicator, optical comparator, X-Y-Z measuring equipment, X-ray to insure product meets specifications
  • Lift/push/pull at least 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Work occasional weekend shifts
  • Perform other similar or related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to work second shift (training may be required on 1st shift)
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Able to work with computerized shop floor tools
  • Strong team player and flexible-willingness to move to different areas
  • Ability to work alone or as part of a team with minimal supervision
Estimated Salary Range

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
