Critical Care Float Pool Nurse Position with Competitive Salary

We are seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Float Pool Registered Nurse to join our team at Parkland Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in various units within our hospital, including ICU, Emergency Department, Intermediate Care, and Medical/Surgical Units.

Job Responsibilities- Provide therapeutic and administrative services for patients, adhering to HCA ethical principles and values.
- Administer medication safely for adult patients.
- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care, setting priorities and modifying care as needed.
- Delegate tasks to unlicensed personnel and provide supervision when required.
- Monitor and record patient conditions, communicating effectively with families and physicians.
- Instruct and educate patients and families on age- and culturally-appropriate care.
- Registered Nurse with a New Hampshire license or active Compact License.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- CPI certification within 60 days of hire.
- PALS certification within 90 days of hire.
- TNCC within 6 months of hire.
- Minimum of 1 year of critical care nursing experience.
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
