About Our Retail Team

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Retail Team as a Sales Associate/Material Handler. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all customers and donors receive a genuine greeting and prompt assistance.
  • Stock priced items on the sales floor and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking incoming inventory items.
  • Provide quality assurance by inspecting products for defects and damages.
  • Courteously assist donors with the removal of donated items from their vehicles and provide receipts.
  • Separate and sort donated materials into proper containers and stack them as instructed by management.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to accurately handle POS/cash register operations and cash transactions.
  • Must pass a background check, which includes a criminal history and sex offender registry check.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management, fellow store employees, customers, and donors.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
  • Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, clothing carts, merchandise carts, rolling clothing racks, fixtures, furniture dollies, platform trucks and carts, hand trucks, and miscellaneous carts.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
  • Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.
Schedule:

Our stores operate 7 days a week. Work schedules are determined by management and employees must be flexible to ensure adequate store coverage. Part-time associates may be scheduled to work any part-time shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
