CareOnSite is a rapidly growing company dedicated to providing top-notch occupational medical services. We are seeking a skilled Occupational Health Practitioner to join our team of healthcare professionals.

About the Role:

As an Onsite Occupational Health Practitioner with CareOnSite, you will provide in-person occupational health services to the community. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing therapeutic and minor surgical procedures, including injections, immunizations, suturing, and burn care.
  • Offering occupational medicine services, including DOT exams and the treatment of Worker's Compensation injuries.
  • Conducting pre-participation physicals for employment purposes.
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient charts.
  • Documenting patient information in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 3+ years of occupational medicine or emergency medicine/urgent care experience.
  • Ideally, experience working in both fast-track and main emergency department settings.
  • The ability to work independently and serve as a leader for the team.
  • Excellent bedside manner and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Qualifications:

You must have completed an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program and hold a current State PA license or NP license, as well as a current DEA license and BCLS (CPR/AED) or ACLS certification.
