Job Title: NICU Staff Nurse, Night Shift

Montefiore Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team. As a NICU Staff Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care to our vulnerable patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized nursing care to assigned patients, assessing their needs and developing personalized care plans.
  • Administer medications and interventions as necessary, ensuring the highest level of patient safety.
  • Supervise and guide nursing attendants and ancillary staff to ensure efficient and safe patient care activities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years NICU experience (level III or higher)
  • Infection Control Training
  • Effective English communication skills
  • Ability to use basic data entry and retrieval systems
