This Reservation Clerk position is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
  • Verify availability of room type and rate, and explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
  • Accommodate and document special requests, and answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.
  • Input and access data in reservation system, and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Follow proper escalation procedures when addressing guest concerns.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • Licenses or certifications are not required.
