Intensive Care Respiratory Specialist

Job Overview: As a Respiratory Therapist at Flowers Hospital, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. Our hospital is a 235-bed facility offering inpatient, outpatient, medical, surgical, diagnostic, and emergency care for the Dothan community.
Responsibilities:
- You will administer oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and other respiratory treatments as ordered by physicians.
- You will manage mechanical ventilation and artificial airways in critical and general care areas.
- You will collect and analyze arterial blood gases.
- You will document patient care records in accordance with outlined policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- You must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
- You must have a valid license issued by the State of Alabama.
- You must have current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
