We are looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic / Outside Machinist to join our team at Plasser American Corp. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling parts according to instruction, using hand and power tools. You must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:

  • Blueprints
  • Proper use of hand and power tools
  • Mechanical Assembly

Some of the responsibilities of this position include:

  • Installation, lifting, positioning, and fastening objects such as sub-frames, cylinders, pumps and motors with tools
  • Maintaining tools and equipment and keeping supplies and parts in order

The ideal candidate will have at least three years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. They must also be able to read and interpret electrical schematic drawings and engineering blueprints.
