Job Overview

About the Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to support student growth and development.
  • Provide counseling and guidance to students facing emotional, behavioral, or academic challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Promote a positive school climate and contribute to mental health initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid Massachusetts School Psychologist license.
  • Possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
