Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Host to join our team at Seminole Gaming. As a key member of our Player Development department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service to our valued customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience on the casino floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to VIP customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Demonstrate exceptional guest service skills, responding promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries and requests.
  • Assist Casino Hosted guests with their needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
  • Handle all operational aspects of the player development department, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records and filing paperwork as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of guest service experience, preferably in a casino or hotel environment.
  • Proficient knowledge of CMP & LMS programs, as well as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience in gaming machines and/or table games, with a strong understanding of customer preferences and behaviors.
  • Exceptional guest service skills, with the ability to resolve stressful situations and make sound complimentary decisions.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Work Environment

This role requires frequent standing and walking, with the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Native American Preference Policy

The Tribal Council gives preference in all employment practices to Native Americans, with first preference given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.

Employment Process

Seminole Gaming's employment process requires candidates to obtain gaming licensure by successfully completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to beginning employment. These background checks may include, but are not limited to: credit check, criminal background check, and drug screen.
