Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the highest standard of hospitality and customer service expected by our guests.
  • Enhance dining service standards and guest relations. Monitor and assess guests' dining experiences to ensure satisfaction with food and service, addressing any issues promptly and courteously.
  • Articulate menu offerings to guests, address allergy concerns, and respond to general inquiries. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items and beverage selections.
  • Collaborate with team members, assisting wherever necessary to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Oversee the setup and breakdown of assigned sections, including thorough cleaning of work areas.
  • Exhibit a desire to expand knowledge of traditional cooking, wines, beers, and cocktails.
  • Uphold a safe and clean working environment.
Essential Qualifications
  • Ability to maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor consistently.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a fine dining or upscale casual setting.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, including follow-up, time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to positively interact with all hotel departments.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods in a climate-controlled environment.
