Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to fill the role of Clinical Director at Action Behavior Centers. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of BCBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in providing high-quality clinical services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of BCBAs and RBTs in providing clinical services, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation.
  • Develop and implement clinical quality training and compliance programs to ensure excellence in clinical services.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth center operations and make important decisions regarding center management.
  • Engage, mentor, and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Handle a client caseload of 3 patients and provide 15+ treatment hours per week.
  • Collect data and create individualized treatment plans for each child.
  • Provide Family Guidance on a consistent basis.
  • Collaborate and problem-solve with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living our core values.
  • Assist with intakes, discharge, and transition planning for clients.
Requirements
  • Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with at least 3 years of experience after BCBA certification.
  • A passion for working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
