About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Veterinarian to join our team. As a key member of our emergency department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with our diverse team of clinicians and specialists, and contributing to the advancement of veterinary medicine through education and research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triage, stabilize, and develop comprehensive treatment plans for emergency patients
  • Ensure proactive client communication and exceptional medical treatment
  • Cultivate a consistently positive work environment and engage in proactive collaboration with team members to optimize patient care and promote teamwork
  • Provide comprehensive education to clients on various injuries, illnesses, and treatment protocols
  • Proactively cultivate and strengthen client, patient, and referring veterinarian relationships
Requirements
  • DVM, VMD, or equivalent degree
  • Ability to obtain licensure in the state of MA
  • Internship or experience in an emergency setting
  • Strong critical thinking skills, high motivation, and a proven passion for continuous education
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
