About the Role:

CRMG is seeking a highly detail-oriented and team-oriented Housekeeping Porter to join our team at Timberridge and Somerset Place Apartment Homes. As a Housekeeping Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of assigned areas of the property, including common areas, vacant apartments, and property grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain assigned areas of the property, including common areas, vacant apartments, and property grounds.
  • Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning supplies as directed.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.

Requirements:

  • Previous janitorial experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products for janitorial duties.
  • A current valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
  • Must be motivated, efficient, and able to follow instructions and work individually or as part of a team.
  • The ability to read, write, and understand written instructions and labels on cleaning supplies.
  • Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Laws, and Fair Housing Laws, and refrain from all illegal discrimination practices.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $18.00.
  • Part-time schedule with 24 hours per week.
  • Monthly cell phone stipend of $50.00.
  • Eligibility for benefits, including dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) program, after 30 and 90 days of employment, respectively.
