Qualifications:
Essential Skills:
Valid state license as a Respiratory Therapist is required.
Current CPR Certification is mandatory.
A minimum of one (1) year of recent experience in an acute care environment is preferred.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
Understanding of clinical operations and procedures.
Demonstrates proficiency in general computer skills, including:
data entry, word processing, email management, and record keeping.
Exhibits sound judgment, initiative, problem-solving, decision-making, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
Effective written and verbal communication skills are required.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with others.
