Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud server/infrastructure operating systems to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Information Technology, along with a degree in Computer Science, a related field, or IT certifications.
  • Significant experience with Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Advanced experience with VMWare.
  • Proficiency in IT processes.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Problem-solving and investigative skills.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
