At Siegel, Barnett & Schutz, LLP, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Secretary to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to work in a fast-paced general practice law firm. The ideal candidate will be able to provide administrative support to attorneys and other staff, answer phone calls, schedule meetings, and perform various administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, and making travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and other staff.
  • Answer phone calls and schedule meetings.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc.
  • Schedule projects and review work with supervisor.

The successful candidate will have strong writing skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. They will also have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and good time management and organizational skills.

Our office offers a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we offer 9 paid holidays per year, three weeks paid vacation the first year, paid health insurance, and a 401K program. We are a casual dress company, and we prioritize flexibility and work-life balance.
