About the Role

At Jobs for Humanity, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Treasury Management Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Delivery Team, you will be responsible for assisting our Treasury Management Officers with various sales-related activities, including client pricing, presentation building, and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Treasury Management Officers to ensure commercial deposits are gathered and treasury management products are sold to new commercial customers.
  • Cross-sell treasury management products to existing customers and expand relationships for all treasury services to gain maximum client share of wallet.
  • Attend joint meetings with clients and TMOs, Market team members, Regional Presidents, and loan officers to focus on banking sales segment.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understand their needs, and recommend solutions to meet those needs.
  • Help TMOs obtain necessary documentation, account opening, and onboard for all Treasury Management products and cash management services.
  • Ensure the proper onboarding of new treasury management customers with the help of the TMO & TM Support.
  • Create and coordinate the execution of all agreements in relation to all Treasury Management products and cash management services.
  • Assist with training internal customers on all Treasury Management products.
  • Ensure that all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures as applicable to this position.

Work Environment

This position regularly works in an office setting. Most of the job duties require the employee to be working with computers and electronic media on a regular basis.
