Key Responsibilities

  • Manage support inquiries and service requests, providing technical assistance to both clients and internal teams. Ensure prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of IP Pathways' data centers to guarantee optimal performance and uptime.
  • Strive to uphold a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and technical support.
  • Offer technical guidance to clients, assisting them in optimizing their IT environments and addressing their unique requirements.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and escalations, being prepared to address critical issues as they arise.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges before they affect operations, maintaining system performance and reliability.
  • Keep accurate and current documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuity across teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the role.

Preferred Qualifications

Physical Requirements

  • Occasional lifting and moving of objects weighing up to 25 pounds, such as servers and networking equipment.
  • Ability to navigate data centers, including walking, bending, and reaching to access equipment, perform maintenance, or complete installations.
  • Minimal travel may be necessary to other company locations or client sites as required.
