Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Menlo. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our enterprise infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust network architectures to ensure high availability and security
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with business activities
  • Lead special technology projects to research and implement new technologies and best practices
  • Provide hands-on system support, maintenance, and operation support to ensure seamless day-to-day functionality
  • Build, configure, and troubleshoot application deployments and infrastructure upgrades
  • Cross-collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated helpdesk tickets within established SLAs
  • Support large implementations in a multi-location environment
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide timely support for critical system issues

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of IT experience
  • 5+ years of experience working in enterprise environments
  • 1+ years of experience working with a helpdesk/ticketing system
  • Extensive knowledge and experience understanding industry best practices on network architecture and engineering
  • 1+ years of experience working with hyper-converged server environments and using automated deployment and maintenance technologies
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of warranty procedures for network and server devices
  • Net+, Sec+, or equivalent preferred

Salary Description:

$85,000 - $115,000
