Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Packaging Associate to support our client's food manufacturing operations in Monroe, Wisconsin. This role is essential in ensuring that food products are packaged to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain assigned packaging machinery efficiently.
  • Accurately complete necessary documentation for compliance purposes.
  • Monitor production processes to maintain a steady workflow.
  • Identify and address product inconsistencies proactively.
  • Transfer products from containers to conveyor systems.
  • Verify product codes and materials for correctness.
  • Inspect containers to ensure proper sealing.
  • Label products accurately.
  • Organize and stack products on pallets according to specifications.
  • Ensure cleanliness of equipment and work areas.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Willingness to work overtime when required.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or packaging is preferred.

Compensation:
The starting pay for this position is $19.00 per hour.
