Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage patient care according to individual needs and goals
  • Conduct patient interviews and record medical history and physical condition
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration
  • Provide routine care and support to patients, including medication administration and feeding
  • Document nursing actions and communicate with family, case managers, and physicians
  • Ensure infection control policies are maintained and report any incidents or concerns
Requirements
  • Completed post-secondary coursework to facilitate licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse
  • Proof of current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse in good standing from the state(s) of practice
  • CPR Certified
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service, patience, empathy, and compassion
