Key Responsibilities- Process customer transactions and provide digital solutions to meet their financial needs
- Complete operational activities while minimizing risks and adhering to established policies
- Perform routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently
- Interact with customers and individuals to demonstrate care and build relationships
- Identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
- Ability to exercise judgment, raise questions to management, and adhere to policy guidelines
