Your essential contributions to our organization:
The primary responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to, the following:
- Conduct regular inspections and monitoring of the premises to deter unlawful activities and ensure a secure environment.
- Promptly report any suspicious activities to the General Manager and ensure that appropriate personnel are notified without delay.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the General Manager and fellow security personnel, responding swiftly to emergency situations.
- Accompany vendors upon their arrival to the facility.
- Assist fire and law enforcement officials during safety drills or emergency situations.
- Oversee CCTV systems for any unusual activities within the establishment.
- Prepare detailed reports of daily operations and incidents for management review.
- Contact emergency services in case of urgent situations.
- After hours, verify the security of doors, windows, and gates to ensure the property is secure.
- Investigate reported suspicious activities on the premises.
- Legally detain individuals suspected of criminal conduct until law enforcement arrives.
- Remove unauthorized individuals, including discharged staff and trespassers, from the property.
- Serve as a backup delivery driver when necessary.
Additional responsibilities as required.
Qualifications we seek:
- All candidates must be at least 21 years of age due to legal stipulations.
- A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in security-related positions is required.
- A valid driver's license is essential.
- Possession of a Security Guard training certification is preferred.

- Quickly learn and understand the layout of the property and its buildings.

Work Schedule/Location:
- Presence on-site is required throughout the week.
Physical requirements and accommodations:
