Evening Facility Custodian Summary:
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in school facilities during evening hours. Duties include:
- Conducting thorough cleaning of floors, including vacuuming, scrubbing, waxing, buffing, and sweeping.
- Performing basic maintenance and repairs on plumbing, heating, ventilation, and electrical systems.
- Arranging tables, chairs, and other equipment for various events.
- Providing access to school buildings for scheduled events and ensuring security post-event.
- Distributing supplies to administrative offices upon delivery.
- Clearing snow from outdoor areas during winter months and executing other grounds maintenance responsibilities.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, along with three to six months of relevant experience.
License Requirements:
A Special Engineer License is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM.
