Job Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the blood collections operation by managing supplies and equipment. Your responsibilities will include acquiring, distributing, and maintaining supplies, as well as delivering and returning materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage blood collection equipment and supplies, ensuring optimal inventory levels and efficient distribution
  • Take inventory and order supplies, maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Interact positively with internal and external stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Assist in driving blood collection vehicles, ensuring safe and timely transportation of supplies and equipment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer service experience and effective communication skills required
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record required
  • Ability to lift weight, reach, bend, and work with tools and chemicals
  • Basic computer skills required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior inventory control experience, preferably in a healthcare or logistics setting
