$15 / hr

Work Schedule:
Sunday - Thursday; 4am - 12:30pm

Role Purpose:
Warehouse specialists are crucial to our operational success.

They actively, safely, and independently ensure the smooth movement of products through our distribution system while upholding quality standards.


Main Duties:
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for managing and tracking all incoming, outgoing, and stored products within the facility. This includes unloading, stocking, selecting, and replenishing items.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Receiving all incoming goods and placing them in the correct storage locations.
Restocking order pick and flow lines to prepare for order fulfillment.
Ensuring that products are available in adequate quantities to meet regular or special demands.

Maintaining a keen attention to detail by monitoring all areas, including balers, aisles, racking, floors, door pits, and other designated spaces.

Transferring products from the receiving area to their appropriate locations. Consolidating items into picking containers as necessary.
Securely packing products in cartons and totes, ensuring proper shipping identification and labeling with truck run and stop numbers.
Facilitating the safe and efficient movement and tracking of all products within the warehouse.
Maintaining inventory accuracy by following established system processes.
Pulling orders according to the delivery route/run list.
Documenting quantities of materials or items received or distributed.
Completing end-of-shift tasks such as charging power equipment and verifying completed work.
Keeping the workstation organized; returning supplies and products to their designated locations.
Adhering to all preferred work methods, safety policies, and procedures as per company guidelines. Reporting any unsafe conditions or actions immediately.
Performing other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.

Must be available to work scheduled shifts and any required overtime.

Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.

Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products from shelves, as well as replenish items from various heights, with weights ranging from 10-35 pounds and occasionally up to 60-90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout the shift.

Able to work in environments with varying temperatures, including cooler, freezer, and dry areas.

Able to obtain certifications for powered equipment, such as Forklift operation.

Must pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
