Sales Development Executive

The Business Growth Specialist is responsible for achieving sales goals and executing sales plans within an assigned sales territory and/or account. This involves generating and securing new sales revenue by prospecting and adding customers. Key Responsibilities
- Develop an action plan to successfully create new business and build client relationships
- Create and maintain sales route records
- Perform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target referral prospects
- Gain commitment from customers leading to referrals of those in need of HVAC/Plumbing services
- Responsible for achieving company sales targets and update management on the status of accounts
- Opportunities for growth and potential to oversee sales staff
- Maintain a professional, ethical, and positive disposition as a primary representative of Ace Pelizon Plumbing in the community
- Complete weekly and monthly sales reports in a timely manner
- Attend weekly sales meetings
- Regularly attend client meetings, trade shows, networking events, conferences, etc.
- Maintain customer contact database
- Make group presentations to prospect organizations
- Integrate sales efforts with other organized marketing activities (promotions, advertising, exhibitions, telemarketing, social media marketing, etc.)
