Pediatric Nursing Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our pediatric care team at Atrium Health Charlotte. About the Job:
As a Registered Nurse on our pediatric team, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and contribute to the development of effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient. You will collect and analyze patient data to identify potential diagnoses and issues, develop and implement individualized care plans to achieve expected outcomes, and delegate tasks to other healthcare workers as appropriate. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver excellent patient outcomes and promote a culture of safety and respect within our organization.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess a graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing and at least one year of experience in pediatric care. A valid RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state where you work and reside is also required.
