Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill a Medical Supervisor position at our facility in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating patient care, and supporting the management team in achieving high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the delivery of patient care, ensuring seamless communication between nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective strategies for improving patient satisfaction and safety
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, promoting professional growth and development
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid RN license in the state of North Carolina
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar nursing leadership position
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex clinical situations
