Key Responsibilities:- Ensure safe work practices and train employees on safety procedures.
- Supervise operators and coordinate scheduling and workflow to meet production requirements.
- Provide staff training, guidance, and motivation to ensure effective performance.
- Conduct timely corrective actions and employee performance reviews.
- Communicate effectively with the team and other supervisors, engineers, and management to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure expected output of quality products and investigate quality defects as assigned.
- Promote Lean/Sigma Manufacturing concepts and implement continuous quality improvement activities.
- Monitor production hour-by-hour performance and escalate issues.
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Functional understanding of production modules and good understanding of other modules.
- Ability to work modified shift hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Good organizational and planning skills, communication skills, and ability to adapt to workforce, work environment, and customer needs.
- Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience leading a team.
