Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team at Connect Staffing. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to move, locate, and relocate merchandise around the facility.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a forklift to move and store merchandise in a safe and efficient manner
  • Put away and receive pallets in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ability to lift 65 to 100 pounds and climb on and off required equipment
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure timely processing of goods and efficient workflow
  • Actively participate in plant cleanliness by restacking, picking up trash and debris, and washing equipment
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of recent Forklift experience
  • Pass a drug screen and background check
  • Must have OSHA forklift certification
  • Steel Toe Boots
  • Prior experience in roles such as sit-down Forklift Driver, Forklift Operator, Industrial Truck Operator, Lift Truck Operator, Reach Truck Driver, Cherry Picker Operator, or Material Handler is a plus
