Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entirety of flooring installation projects, from preliminary site evaluations to concluding inspections.
  • Lead a team of flooring installers, offering direction, support, and training to guarantee superior quality of work.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal departments to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Ensure all installations align with company standards, meet client expectations, and adhere to industry regulations.
  • Address any challenges or issues that emerge on-site, making prompt decisions to maintain project timelines.
  • Keep precise records of all projects, documenting timelines, materials utilized, and labor hours.
  • Monitor flooring material inventory levels and procure supplies as necessary.
  • Conduct routine site inspections to assess ongoing projects and provide constructive feedback to the installation team.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and resolve any concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols across all job sites.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in flooring installation or a related sector.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of flooring materials, installation methods, and industry standards.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to make swift, informed decisions.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is advantageous.
