Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of imaging professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve department efficiency, productivity, and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and hospital policies
- Develop and manage department budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare leadership role, with at least 1 year in a managerial position
- Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience with imaging modalities, such as radiology, nuclear medicine, or ultrasound
- Knowledge of CPT codes, ICD-9 or 10, and CMS billing practices
