**Job Summary:**
A skilled caregiver responsible for providing or assisting with patients' care, transporting, maintaining a safe and clean environment, monitoring equipment function, and documenting on appropriate forms.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and hygiene
* Transport patients to and from appointments, procedures, and other areas of the facility
* Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
* Monitor equipment function and report any issues to management
* Document patient information and care provided on appropriate forms
**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Six (6) months previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
* STNA and basic Life Support Certificate preferred
* Must maintain certification in CPR and be able to provide basic life support (may obtain with 90 days of hire)
