We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Reckitt. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities of our large-scale factory, ensuring that our equipment and processes are running efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and increase productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor and report on maintenance metrics, including equipment performance, maintenance schedules, and inventory levels.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance maintenance operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements.
- High school diploma required, with a 2-year technical degree preferred (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2+ years production maintenance experience and/or candidate preferred 2+ years of maintenance or food manufacturing supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge in packaging, processing, and manufacturing maintenance, including reliability maintenance processes.
- GMP and food production knowledge preferred.
- Proven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety and quality.
Reckitt offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $97,000, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as paid time off for vacation, sick, and company-recognized holidays.
