About the Role

We're seeking an Electronic Technician to join our team at Reckitt. As an Electronic Technician, you'll play a practical, hands-on role in a company that's at the forefront of consumer health and hygiene. You'll be part of a team dedicated to creating world-changing products and will have the opportunity to develop your skills, make a tangible impact, and work in an environment that values growth and teamwork.


Responsibilities
  • Perform preventive and planned maintenance jobs as requested by Shift Maintenance supervisor, Production Supervisor, Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Planner.
  • Maintain and repair the electrical network and devices of the facility.
  • Maintain and repair of lighting systems of the facility
  • Test malfunctioning machinery and discuss with other maintenance team members to repair said malfunction.
  • Replace faulty electrical components of machines such as relays, switches, motors, and position sensing devices.
  • Diagnose and repair or replace faulty electronic components, such as printed circuit boards.
  • Participate actively in planned plant shut downs to determine the electrical maintenance requirements of systems and devices within the facility.

Requirements
  • Journeyman electrical license (required)
  • 5+ years of working with electrical/electronic equipment in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
  • Must be able to work nights
  • Strong knowledge of packaging, liquid and powder processing (preferred)
  • Understanding of maintenance best practices, safety, quality, cost, HACCP, GMP and regulatory compliance (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and people skills are necessary in this position.

US Salary Ranges

$41 per hour + additional $1.50 night shift differential


US Pay Transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
