Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Professional to join our Labor and Delivery team at San Juan Regional Medical Center.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in cervical exams, infant delivery, and performing duties consistent with industry standards with minimal supervision.

Job Responsibilities
  • Cervical Exams: Perform routine and emergency cervical exams for patients in labor or postpartum care.
  • Infant Delivery: Assist in the delivery of newborns and provide initial care as needed.
  • Patient Care: Provide high-quality patient care and advocate for patients' needs during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
Requirements
  • BLS Certification
  • NRP Certification
  • ACLS (American Heart Association) Certification
  • AWHONN Certification (renewed every 2 years)
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Labor and Delivery
  • Charge-level experience
Work Environment

San Juan Regional Medical Center is a 198-bed, level III trauma center with state-of-the-art operating suites. We serve the Four Corners region of New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah, providing medical, surgical, and rehabilitation services.

Salary and Benefits
