We are looking for a highly qualified and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team for a travel assignment. As a Step Down Unit Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Current RN licensure in the state of New Mexico
- BSN degree or higher from an accredited nursing program
- At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
