Candidate Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive team culture.
  • Direct engagement with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure outstanding service.
  • Effectively communicate technical issues related to installations and troubleshooting to the Regional Construction Manager.
  • Leverage our network of subcontractors while actively seeking new resources to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials, supplies, permits, and inspections.
  • Oversee the timely and quality completion of all construction and carpentry tasks.
  • Maintain adherence to the construction scope, detailing time and material specifications, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Assist in estimating change orders, facilitating the approval process, and maintaining documentation.
Essential Requirements:
  • Experience in insurance-related restoration is required.
  • A robust network of subcontractors is essential.
  • Familiarity with permitting processes in relevant counties is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on construction experience is required.
  • At least 2 years of project management experience is necessary.
  • Strong background in remodeling/restoration is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Capability to lift and/or move 50+ lbs.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
