">Job Description
">We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Medical Director Physician to oversee the clinical operations of our primary care clinics in Everett. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, supervising medical staff, and developing policies and procedures to improve clinic efficiency and effectiveness.
">Responsibilities
">- Supervise all medical services offered by the program and provide primary care.">
- Review physician and mid-level professional staff performance on quality, patient experience, and appropriate resource use at the site no less than monthly, and perform individual provider evaluations no less than annually.">
- Orient all new physician and mid-level providers, and oversee coverage and call schedule.">
- Oversee the management of participants' medical situations, and oversee the participants' use of medical specialists and inpatient care.">
- Assist in data collection analysis and preparing reports regarding clinical service delivery.">
- Provide active leadership in committees to monitor quality of care, patient experience, and appropriate resource use indicators and assist in the identification and implementation of appropriate interventions.">
Requirements
">To be considered for this role, you must have:
">- A valid and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Washington.">
- Prior experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a healthcare setting.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.">
- Bilingual: English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese preferred depending on location.">
- CPR and First Aid certification.">
