Compensation and Benefits

The base hourly rate for this position is $38.48/hr. Additionally, you'll receive a weekend shift differential of $2.00/Hour and on-call pay of $4.50 per hour, starting on Saturdays at 7am and ending on Mondays at 7am.

Job Description

As a Cardiac Catheter Lab Technician, you will play a critical role in the cardiac catheterization laboratory team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the performance of complex procedures such as angioplasties and electrophysiology studies.
  • Monitoring patients during these procedures and responding to any changes in their condition.

In addition to your technical skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential for success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a cardiovascular operating room or cath lab environment.
  • Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS).
  • Familiarity with EKG interpretation and the ability to read and interpret EKG readouts.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
